Giraffe Jasper is the common name for this material.
It is only found in the Prineville area of Oregon.
It frequently has a breciated pattern much like the patterning on a giraffe.

This particular rock has a lot of light blue as well as the customary green and white.

Face is approximately 5 x 3 inches
This takes a great shine and is easy to work.

I have marked this down due to the cracks.
The last photo shows a map of the cracks that might prove problematic.

Few rocks out there are this deep a blue-green.

This was purchased along with a complete lapidary estate.
