Jubilee jasper comes from one of our claims in the McDermitt area of Oregon.
We call this color combination “flame” for obvious reasons.
This is a jasper/agate blend.
It is highly silicated and cuts and polishes beautifully.
This jasper is extremely rare. It was discovered in 2020 and is primarily locked in hard base rock. For the time being, we are not planning on excavating large amounts of this material.
Pink is an unusual color in jasper or agate.
Zoom in close and you will see that the entire slab is made up of moss like inclusions in red, orange and gold on a light pink background.
There is one, very sparkly druzy in the lightest area of the slab.
